As your tax preparer, we are committed to helping you to get the bigger refund as possible or to reduce your tax liability as much as legally possible.  Every case is different, but our compromise remains the same: to use your tax information and deductions to help you get the biggest tax refund legally possible.

Our process is simple:

1. Use our “Verification/ check-list” form and send it to us with your documents and receipts by mail or fax, you can send regular files via email (don’t send anything with your social security via e-mail). Send W-2s, 1099 form and sensitive information by fax to: 1-888-KEY-NC81 (539-6281)
2. We follow up with a phone interview to complete your tax interview and to verify your identity.
3. We prepare your return and fax you a copy (or e-mail it without your social security, ITIN or tax ID information) for verification purposes
4. Once you receive your verification copy, we go over the return line by line making sure that all of your information and documents have been used on the return
5. We (you and us) agree on the tax preparation fee,  type and time of payment
6. We e-file your tax return (s) and send your copy via USPS Priority mail with insurance and signature confirmation.

When you file your tax return with us you have the advantage and our promise that:

• We will keep your information protected and confidential at all times
• Your information is handled just by the accountant and one assistant
• Each client and tax return will receive the attention and time required. We verify and double check each return for accuracy.
• If you ever have a problem with a tax return we prepared, we will work with you and the IRS until the problem is solved. If we ever make a mistake on your return we will help you solve the problem at no extra cost to you and (depending on the case) we may pay any interest and penalty associated with the mistake.
